* daala-git update to newest version
fix unused patches
* add missing dependency to libjpeg
* replace tabs by spaces
* Go back to old commit, as otherwise daala ist no compatible with gst-plugins-bad 0.12.1 anymore.

* use secure urls where possible
* update PKGBUILD templates
* remove line-ending whitespace
* minor typos/fixes
