This either changes the pkgbase to match the directory name
or the other way around.
The motivation for this is to make it possible to automatically generate
an URL to the PKGBUILD file from the package information alone.
* mingw-w64-perl/PKGBUILD: use consistently _realname (removes an inconsistency mixing _name and _realname)
* mingw-w64-snappy/PKGBUILD: minor whitespace change: use curly brackets around MINGW_PACKAGE_PREFIX variable, like most PKGCONFIGs have
* fixed or simplified some depends, makedepends and provides in mingw-w64-LibRaw, mingw-w64-msmtp, mingw-w64-python-binwalk, mingw-w64-webkitgtk2 and mingw-w64-wxWidgets
* upgrade some broken packages
* correct some broken urls/checksums
* use secure urls where possible
* update PKGBUILD templates
* remove line-ending whitespace
* minor typos/fixes
Remaining md5sums either didn't download or
didn't pass checksum tests.
