SDL2_image: link in PNG support library ( #3125 )

Link in the PNG library instead of relying on dlopen().
For proper read/write support for the most popular image format
the library should be linked in, we depend on the corresponding
package anyway.

switch to sha256 checksums
...
* upgrade some broken packages
* correct some broken urls/checksums
* use secure urls where possible
* update PKGBUILD templates
* remove line-ending whitespace
* minor typos/fixes
Remaining md5sums either didn't download or
didn't pass checksum tests.
