* gdb-git: Don't mention libthread_db at all in 'doc/gdb.texinfo'.

It is not available at all on Windows and will result in errors when
packaging GDB.

54c3562d1d gdb-git: Use system readline instead of the bundled one. (#2915) 
The bundled one since GDB 8.0 does not handle backspaces correctly in CMD, and it crashes x64 build recently.

4d8828efed Make pkgbase of all packages match the name of the PKGBUILD directory (#2878) 
This either changes the pkgbase to match the directory name
or the other way around.

The motivation for this is to make it possible to automatically generate
an URL to the PKGBUILD file from the package information alone.

67b4b17d2d Revert "improve vcs protocols (#2451)" (#2474) 
Cloning/updating repos through the HTTPS protocol results in Gigabytes of data transferred.

This reverts commit 113e9130ae.
