69f8e3294e gtk3: Don't force enable client side decoration (#2981) 
So that for example gtk3-demo-application.exe uses the default

e32a40cc92 switch to sha256 checksums 
* upgrade some broken packages
* correct some broken urls/checksums
* use secure urls where possible
* update PKGBUILD templates
* remove line-ending whitespace

Backport upstream's fix for a syntax error (missing colon) in the
annotations.

68f96f2592 gtk3: backport fixes for notebook tab-drag crashes 
Fix some crashes seen when dragging tabs out of a notebook widget.
On the win32 backend, the second or later attempt to drag a tab out of
a GtkNotebook supporting reordering of tabs would segfault.

This commit backports the upstream fixes below onto GTK 3.18.2.
These will hopefully be incorporated into the release after 3.18.2,
so this commit can be reverted when MINGW-packages builds GTK >= 3.18.3.

d11951a5ef gtk3: fix bad patch reapply that breaks toarray.pl 
Repeatedly re-running prepare() was causing /usr/bin/patch to brokenly
append 0056-missing-file-toarray-pl.patch's "+" lines to toarray.pl every
time, with a mangled "#!" line half-way through the resultant mess.
Surprisingly, this line noise is invalid Perl syntax.

The broken "#!" line problem was seemingly caused by a lack of the "-n"
flag to echo, but for some reason the redirection itself was not blanking
the file at all. There's some weird underlying bug here, but the workaround
is to remove the previously created file on each prepare().
