This fixes:
* inkscape: missing dll dependency on libMagick++-6.Q16HDRI-6.dll
* inkscape: disable strict-build due to glibmmm 2.48 deprecating
Glib::ScopedPtr
* libcdr: rebuild against icu 57

* use secure urls where possible
* update PKGBUILD templates
* remove line-ending whitespace
* minor typos/fixes
Remaining md5sums either didn't download or
