From 1.0.21 libusb provides an alteranative to the regular WinUSB
backend called UsbDk, available from https://github.com/daynix/UsbDk .
This new backend allows to dynamically take control over any USB
device without removing the vendor driver.
The resulting libusb libraries have compatible binary APIs but are
mutually exclusive.
* upgrade some broken packages
* correct some broken urls/checksums
* use secure urls where possible
* update PKGBUILD templates
* remove line-ending whitespace
* minor typos/fixes
Remaining md5sums either didn't download or
didn't pass checksum tests.
