- BREAKING CHANGE: Move usb.h to the libusb-compat directory
so that that it does not shadow mingw-w64's usb.h when
libusb-compat is installed.
- Added missing line to set $pkgbase.
- Fixed $provides and $conflicts to be arrays.
- Fixed $pkgdesc, which was a generic description of libusb, to
actually describe libusb-compat instead.
- Remove all patches because they don't appy cleanly and are
no longer needed.
