mingw-w64-ocaml - 4.04.0 - Update to latest versiont
mingw-w64-ocaml-findlib - 1.7.1 - Update to latest version and fix issue with invalid path in etc/findlib.conf. You must use DOS pathes here but the build process was creating those for the build system, not the target system. On the target system, we use cygpath to fixup the config with the *.install files. Yuk.
* upgrade some broken packages
* correct some broken urls/checksums
* use secure urls where possible
* update PKGBUILD templates
* remove line-ending whitespace
* minor typos/fixes
Remaining md5sums either didn't download or
didn't pass checksum tests.
