Fixes compilation with shared FFmpeg, when trying
to use opus static library.
Chromium and Firefox instead define an empty OPUS_EXPORT when building,
which disables dllexport for both shared and static libs, but it's only
a problem for the static library, not the shared.

* correct some broken urls/checksums
* use secure urls where possible
* update PKGBUILD templates
* remove line-ending whitespace
* minor typos/fixes
