* suitesparse: Install static libraries
The compilation currently generates the static libraries, but does not install them. This adds a patch which modifies the makefiles to copy the static libraries to the install directory.
* Increment pkgrel

* upgrade some broken packages
* correct some broken urls/checksums
* use secure urls where possible
* update PKGBUILD templates
* remove line-ending whitespace
* minor typos/fixes
