add clang32 to more packages.

All packages which successfully built on clang64, for which all of their
dependencies are already available for clang32.

yaml-cpp: fix compilation with clang64
...
fPIC was causing issues. Fix by using the CMAKE variable instead.

* upgrade some broken packages
* correct some broken urls/checksums
* use secure urls where possible
* update PKGBUILD templates
* remove line-ending whitespace
* minor typos/fixes
Remaining md5sums either didn't download or
