Christoph Reiter	fbca0b8b73	python3: Fix _PyIsSelectable_fd(). See #4048 ... It should always return true under Windows but used _MSC_VER to check for that. This fixes nonblocking sockets (or when used with a timeout).	2018-07-06 17:33:23 +02:00
