7d732ab85a Rebuild some packages 
These were incorrectly replaced via packages built by a maintainer.
This makes problems with the setup-msys2 pacakge cache, so bump
their pkgrel and let CI build new ones.

mingw-w64-gnutils - 3.5.6 - Update to latest version.
mingw-w64-libgpg-error - 1.25 - Update to latest version
mingw-w64-npth - 1.3 - Update to latest version
mingw-w64-readline - 7.0 Updated to first patch

* Added a git version of ADNS as it might be more current than the previous version.  Added comments about an issue I saw with the original ADNS library repository so others don't run into the same confusion I did.

* Dlete adns-git package.

e32a40cc92 switch to sha256 checksums 
* upgrade some broken packages
* correct some broken urls/checksums
* use secure urls where possible
* update PKGBUILD templates
* remove line-ending whitespace
* minor typos/fixes

Remaining md5sums either didn't download or
didn't pass checksum tests.
