switch to sha256 checksums
...
* upgrade some broken packages
* correct some broken urls/checksums
* use secure urls where possible
* update PKGBUILD templates
* remove line-ending whitespace
* minor typos/fixes
Remaining md5sums either didn't download or
didn't pass checksum tests.

git + git-git: 'Fix' the fork() stuff
...
I say 'fix' because it's still a bug in MinGW-w64 GCC
that we have a builtin fork function, but at least this
allows git and git-git to build ok.
