The elements in the `sed` expression are the wrong way around compared to
those for the 64-bit install. It is my believe that this is the main part
of the problem that I have described in:
https://github.com/msys2/MINGW-packages/issues/5928
Thus I believe that this will close#5928 .

This either changes the pkgbase to match the directory name
or the other way around.
The motivation for this is to make it possible to automatically generate
an URL to the PKGBUILD file from the package information alone.
