a6b5840567 nuitka2: correct over-aggressive search-and-replace 
There is no "nuitka2" package installed by this build, and the
search-and-replace was breaking logic and screwing up the #! line too.
Ripping it out seems fine, and makes it consistent with the py3 package.

Closes Alexpux/MINGW-packages#788.
