af9b5bd4bd [CI] Install split packages separately. 
Good:
- de-duplicate code
- No more need for `.ci-sequential` trick for conflicting split packages.
- Check their runtime dependencies independently.

Bad:
- Take more time for intall/uninstall

Don't write pkgconfig output into the .pc file, use Requires.private instead

e32a40cc92 switch to sha256 checksums 
* upgrade some broken packages
* correct some broken urls/checksums
* use secure urls where possible
* update PKGBUILD templates
* remove line-ending whitespace
* minor typos/fixes

Remaining md5sums either didn't download or
didn't pass checksum tests.
