Christoph Reiter 8d3f901847 Rebuild various libxml2 rdeps ...

We want to update to 2.14 which needs a full rebuild, but many
packages haven't been rebuilt in a while, so make sure that works
first, to make the actual rebuild easier.

This is basically all packages except some large ones that have
been rebuilt anyway in the last two weeks.
