* libsodium - 1.0.16 - Update to latest version and use minisgn tool since it's now impossible to retreive the GPG key for libsodium
minisign - 1.0.8 - Used by libsodium package to verify libsodium distribution. New package
* Remove minisign usage from libsodium. Note that I did remove validpgpkeys since I was unable to download the gpg- key for the sodium package using "gpg -recv-key". The keyserver couldn't find it.
