* Migrate from autotools to cmake.
* Switch to GitHub repository https://github.com/libsndfile/libsamplerate.
* Move libsndfile and fftw to makedepends and checkdepends respectively.
* Build shared and static library separately because CMake files do not build them simultaneously.
* Remove upstream libsamplerate-0.1.9.patch file which was fixed in
477ce36f8e commit.
