Biswapriyo Nath a2a5115e1b libilbm: Fix building shared library ...

* Add -no-undefined option to build shared library.
* Add -export-symbols options with libilbm.def file to export proper APIs.
* Remove LIBRARY name in libilbm.def to use proper name in import library.
* Add libiff in depends list. libilbm/ilbm.h includes libiff/chunk.h.
