Paul Fertser 06d016e3c0 openocd: remove the now-unneeded patch files, fix version ...

The upstream repository has tags starting with "v",
e.g. "v0.8.0". This adds a sed command to remove "v" from the
beginning to make the resulting package versions conform to the
guidelines.
