* libmypaint-git: configure like nongit
Was generating the wrong DLL name ("msys-" prefix in /mingw*/bin)
* libmypaint: remove gobject-introspection dep
The scanner is needed at compile time, but gi stuff is not required by
the lib at runtime (unless you're crazy enough to try out its G-I
bindings, in which case you know you need gobject-introspection-runtime
already).
