Biswapriyo Nath 62d09c100a benchmark: update to 1.6.1 
Remove 0001-cmake-disable-librt.patch file because librt check fails in mingw.
Remove 0002-cmake-remove-werror.patch file because -Werror is diabled with BENCHMARK_ENABLE_WERROR option.
