The program arguments should now be properly converted from unix to
Windows format, like done for non-MSYS programs. An indirect dependency
is now referenced by makedepends for avoiding build problems when using
its default provider.
* upgrade some broken packages
* correct some broken urls/checksums
* use secure urls where possible
* use stable url for ncurses
* some whitespace fixes
Remaining md5sums either didn't download or
didn't pass checksum tests.
In 35510397c6, patch 0002-Add-support-for-conversion-of-all-argv-path-args.patch
was removed because it was thought to be superseded by an upstream commit[1], but that was actually only one
part of the patch. This commit restores the patch minus the upstreamed part. Fixes#360.
