Added build-time dependencies to gcc/PKGBUILD.
...
Some of these dependencies caused the build to bail out relatively late
when missing. Declaring them upfront avoids that annoyance.

Without MSYS2's /usr/bin in PATH, 'g++ -print-prog-name cc1plus'
gives just:
cc1plus
.. and this causes problems with Qt Creator when it tries to
figure out predefined preprocessor macros and the Abi.
