lbxml2 - 2.9.5 - Update to latest version. Use ICU package (that works better in the tests). catalog-revert patch dropped because it's in the source-code.

* upgrade some broken packages
* correct some broken urls/checksums
* use secure urls where possible
* use stable url for ncurses
* some whitespace fixes
Remaining md5sums either didn't download or
didn't pass checksum tests.
