Christoph Reiter 1d834afac9 gpgme: Update to 2.0.1 ...

The bindings are no longer part of gpgme (instead
there is gpgmepy, gpgmepp and gpgmeqt)
We don't have any libgpgme-python users right now,
so just drop it.
