Christoph Reiter 80407a247f coreutils: "uname -o" -> Cygwin if MSYSTEM=CYGWIN ...

If MSYSTEM=CYGWIN we output "Cygwin" as the operating system.
This is relevant in build scripts which call "uname -o" and
check for cygwin there.
