c7e1c612eb libexpr: fix stack overflow in toJSON on deeply nested structures 
Similar to the deepSeq fix, toJSON on deeply nested structures caused
an uncontrolled OS-level stack overflow.

Fix by adding call depth tracking to printValueAsJSON.
