344249 Menu key commands processed twice after loading Java. Land JEP 0.9.5+f+ with a +1/-1 fix for this problem. Do not redispatch Carbon events to other handlers on the event dispatcher target, as this is where they will be converted to kEventCommandProcess events and trigger native menu items. Menu key equivalents are handled on NS_KEY_PRESS events after being sent to the application target, as they were in JEP 0.9.5+d.
