DOM string changes. All nsString& in DOM interfaces (and interfaces needed by DOM implementations) have been changed to nsAReadableString& and nsAWritableString&. String implementation additions (sanctioned by scc) to support DOM needs. Bug 49091. r=vidur,jst,scc
