Subject: [PATCH] Removed the Change Icons menu item...  Removed the call to
 BrowserPrintPreview() from the Print Preview menu item.  Currently, the
 BrowserPrintPreview() function does not do what you expect - it tries to
 change the toolbar icons and crashes
