52443 - smoketest blocker

Backing out my change, in the parser,that allowed newlines/whitespace
inside TABLE,TR,TBODY,TFOOT,THEAD. Will reenable this
change once the TABLE code is ready to deal with newlines
/whitespace inside the above mentioned elements.

Btw, this file was untouched by rayw's carpool.
