afc19f2f56 nsIComponentLoader is dead - long live nsIModuleLoader! Take the 
opportunity to remove support for nsIComponentManagerObsolete, and
formalize a nice shutdown API.

446028483d When new components are registered, re-scan the Python directory for 
new .pth files (which may have just been installed).

Add _xpcom.GetSpecialDirectory() to make this work.

034a317c33 Catch a few common exceptions, and report them nicely - save the user 
wading through screens of traceback information just to find they
spelt an interface name wrong.
