10589df85b When running Py2.4, take advantage of new logging module feature that 
gives less ugly/misleading exceptions in some cases.

afc19f2f56 nsIComponentLoader is dead - long live nsIModuleLoader! Take the 
opportunity to remove support for nsIComponentManagerObsolete, and
formalize a nice shutdown API.

f466bcdf46 Cache nsIClassInfos for all Python classes. This works around a bug in 
XPConnect that is soon to be fixed, but also allows us to take advantage
of the XPConnect caching, and to save rebuilding the same class info for
short-lived objects created repeatedly.

Not part of the build.
