5658472640 Bug 224829 - docshell should not require non-gecko interface nsIBrowserHistory. This was fixed by introducing a new interface nsIGlobalHistory2 to replace the current nsIGlobalHistory. There are two-way adapters so that the frozen interface still works. r=biesi sr=bz a=mscott for toolkit/ changes.

dc8b68012f partial fix for bug #364298: Crash [ @ BindStatementURI ] when pasting a folder from the history sidebar into the bookmarks toolbar 
this turns the crash into a javascript exception, but we are still unable to copy and paste history folder into bookmarks.
