57faa09874 fix bug 125084. Add support for empty arrays in nsIVariant. This is expressed as atype id rather than as a regular array with no elements. afdf75f460 fix leak caused by nsLocalFile::Clone() where we were copying the refcnt to the new object - bug 124497 
this ends up being more of a performance win than anyting on Unix and OS/2
