c1d6b914de embedding/qa isn't part of the build 
Adding a Makefile.in which enables testembed to build
note that embedding/qa is currently a windows only critter.
as such, the embedding/Makefile.in needs:

e4d2268b81 embedding/qa is not part of the build 
and it doesn't build on case sensitive file systems without these changes
hopefully at some point these changes can be reverted. doing that will
require magic on the cvs server.

d436ad454d Bug 224829 - docshell should not require non-gecko interface nsIBrowserHistory. This was fixed by introducing a new interface nsIGlobalHistory2 to replace the current nsIGlobalHistory. There are two-way adapters so that the frozen interface still works. r=biesi sr=bz a=mscott for toolkit/ changes.
