c751812f52 Bug #240741 --> make shortBrandName really be the short name (Thunderbird) and fullBrandName be the full name (Mozilla Thunderbird). Clean up various elements in the UI to use the appropriate name.

f8b275dc84 Bug #237603 --> Add a credits page to the Help/About dialog. Thanks to Ben Goodger and David Baron for doing all the hard work, letting 
me just copy what they came up with for Firefox :).

Haven't finished putting together the names in the credits page yet.

f73f92095c Bug #213538 --> remove the MOZ_THUNDERBIRD ifdef in nsWebShell.cpp. Add moz thunderbird functionality to OnStartURI to kick 
non mail urls out to the operating system.

Also, break out a method on nsIMessenger for thunderbird which can be used to launch urls externally instead of doubling up inside
of loadUrl.

42e5f57abc Dynamically generate the correct 3-pane. Obsolete Msg3PaneWindowVertLayout.xul 
Land the new vertical 3-pane for thunderbird. Folder pane | Thread Pane | Message pane.
new pref UI for selecting three 3-pane configurations.

923762cd91 Land a patch from Stephen Walker to collapse overlays in the address book. 
Add an about dialog to the help menu

Make the mail 3-pane toolbar icons show up in the customize toolbar dialog.

Add a context menu to the toolbar to let you customize it.
