48c70dc6f6 Build changes to fix firefox bug 182928: Add new set as wallpaper dialog (which acts as a confirmation dialog but also one-ups IE). Tiling preview is waiting on implementation of background-size. Also forks nsWindowsHooks in preparation for fixing fx to not totally take over every file association known to man. r=bryner

0289e62521 Bug #194315 --> moz_thunderbird ifdef to not build many of the pieces in xpfe/components. 
Should have 0 effect on Seamonkey builds. All of the changes are inside MOZ_THUNDERBIRD ifdef.

d14c063448 start building the remote controller (to be used by X-remote some time soon). 
the current implementation (remoteControl.js) is just a stub implementation
