3d7bcc8055 Windows CE build changes. This addresses most of the outstanding Windows 
CE compilation issues.

This patch also fixes/removes CheckStackGrowthDirection assertions in
Javscript.  This change is based on bug 242518.  See comment 36.

This patch also removes the unused enum in transformiix .  See bug
292118.

5b5cd321a4 Guarantee that the pres context's device context will be non-null by returning failure from Init() if it's null. Rename inline getter GetDeviceContext() to DeviceContext(), convert all callers to use the inline getter, and remove the virtual/refcounting getter. Bug 229371, r+sr=dbaron.

2dce372072 DeCOMtaminate nsCSSFrameConstructor (bug 231157). This gets rid of the nsIStyleFrameConstruction and nsICSSFrameConstructor interfaces. The frame constructor now has the same lifetime as the pres shell. r+sr=dbaron.

468d3e2e8d Eliminate nsIStyleSet as an XPCOM interface, making the implementation internal to layout. Frame constructor ownership moves to the pres shell, and the style set methods that forward to the frame constructor are gone. Rewrote style set sheet add/remove to reduce code size. b5347dd60c Change all callers of nsIPresContext::GetShell() to use the non-refcounting versions. Most callers now use PresShell(), a few that were checking for null conditions are using GetPresShell() -- this will be remedied once we can ensure that a prescontext never has a null pres shell. 6278746fdf Phase 1 of style context deCOMtamination (bug 114713). Remove all dependencies on nsIStyleContext from outside of content and layout. Make nsIFrame::GetStyleData be a non-inline virtual function when called from outside of layout, since the nsStyleContext implementation won't be available to those callers. r=dbaron, sr=bzbarsky.

f7e07db9b7 This partially backs out the previous patch. We no longer need to set/get anything in the nsIPrintOptions. 
What this does is:
1) Reflows the first time constrained and remembers mOverflowArea.XMost() of
the HTML frame and then later uses that for the calculation of the ratio.
2) Renames some variables
3) This also changes the the maximum STF ratio from 0.5 to 0.3 to match the
dropdown in PP

45a8f7c62d Bug 164625. Native regions on Linux (and probably some other platforms) are limited to 16bit signed coordinates, so we have to use our own region implementation to manipulate regions in twips space. Using our own regions should also improve performance. r=kmcclusk,sr=kin

7e8d6d3e59 patch to clamp to 1/10th of the largest dimension of a page - very low risk. I 
think it is unrealistic that the smaller dim of the page would be less than 1/5
of the larger dimension. (and remove unneeded call to get the presshell)

fa1b0e717d The problem here is the "edge" prefs are now preficed with the printer name, 
and the nsPrintOptions know how to convert the printer name, so we need to add
a helper method to nsIPrintOptions.idl so the nsSimplePageSeq can get the properly named value.

29c0c5d959 This patch does the following: 
1) Introduces a new public interface nsIPrintSettingService which emables consumers to create PS objects whithout a nsIWebBrowserPrint interface
2) The implementation is nsPrintOptionsImpl which now impls the private interface nsIPrintOptions and the public iface nsIPrintSettingsService
3) Several methods/attrs have been moved from nsIWebBrowserPrint iface to nsIPrintSettingsService
4) The CIDs for nsIPrintOptions and nsIPrinSettingsService are now the same.
5) There is no longer a CID "@mozilla.org/gfx/printoptions;1"
6) nsIWebBrowserPrint still has the "globalPrintSettings" attr so if you already have an nsIWebBrowserPrint you don't have to create the PS Service to get it.
7) A bug has been filed to rename the imlp of nsPrintOptionsImpl to nsPrintSettingsService.
