8944a57fe0 Reinstate my changes that were backed out 10 days ago. #43457 split nsStyleSpacing into 4 smaller structures: nsStyleBorder, nsStylePadding, nsStyleMargin, nsStyleOutline. r=attinasi,sr=buster.
