c49d96100e bug 263053: Get rid of the <endnote> tag when parsing fragments with context, since this can fail if the input stream contains another <endnote> tag. a4ca9058c6 Separate concept of stylesheet URI into base URI (for resolving relative links) and sheet URI (for everything else), since they can differ for style elements (and inline style and style set from script, but that's for the next patch). Some other things (relating to external stylesheets, where it doesn't make a difference) that probably should use the sheet URL are left as the base URL for now because I didn't want to change too much at once. b=255538 r+sr=bzbarsky
