565283fc8a adjusting preferences. adding a 1mb memory cache. disabling fast back. 
changing default build to be favor speed.
moving ua changes for focus highlight to its own file.
removing background position which seam to alway be an error in minimo.css
added dialog parenting.

095c62488a Hack fix to the UI zoom stuff. Somehow with the GRID in the zoom toolbar, the UI resizing is not refreshing the grid, this focus change forces it.

2643c71335 Removed all the access stuff from toolbar elements, and placed as a separated controller component. Preparation work to make it simpler to customize and add new toolbars via overlay.

507edfbd08 After preferences window close, sync UI as well, so zoom UI kicks. HAve to fix this because if Zoom was not changed, no need to do this.

7209230da2 New UI ZOOM is pref based. When uses the toolbar so far, it will affect pref. This sync enforcement may be removed. So far we want to see the Preferences panel to react to it, so .

2b2ac79dba Every created tab should have an attribute accessrule="content". So that key access navigation can also work when focus is on a tab.

3e5c4dd152 Menu button is a toolbar button part of the tabindexing. Handler opens a popup menu, some event handler to the popupmenu allows user to exit the popup menu to the other toolbar items. Some other fixes to toolbar buttons, so they work via command (keyboard as well).
