7f0c1c3f7f Bug #324521 --> poor inline spell checking performance on large text documents. When adding or ignoring a word, just spell check the existing spell selection instead of the entire document since those are the only words that would possibly be effected. Limit the size of the spell check selection to the first 250 mistyped words.

c4db65b46e Bug 171680, modifier keys have no effect on mouse wheel (Mac). Handle modifier keys for scrollwheel events. Bug 255415, scroll wheel doesn't scroll the right scrollable thing until the mouse is moved. Walk the widget hierarchy to find out what's under the mouse. r=mano sr=smfr
