1e04101a00 Bug 515064: Check if _MSC_VER is defined before using it in a C 
preprocessor conditional expression.  The original code is correct, but
some people or projects are compiling with MinGW and the -Wundef flag.  It
is less work to make this change than to debate with them.  The patch is
contributed by Guenter <gk@gknw.de>.  r=wtc.

c93a266159 Bug 334826: use compiler's intrinsic atomic functions only when our own 
PR_AtomicXXX functions are truly atomic, otherwise the macros and functions
can't be used interchangeably.  Add Nelson's suggested changes as a TODO
comment.

358dfee800 Bugsplat bug #365031: moved the definition of PRStack from pratom.h 
to primpl.h so that it is not exported.
Bugsplat bug #364813: declare 'prstk_head' volatile, to prevent compiler
from optimizing away references in a loop.
