3eeb51f3e0 XUL/theme simplification changes - removing unnecessary boxes and re-writing large portions of the themes to use new -moz-border-colors and -moz-image-region css features. Also cleans up the classic skin quite a bit for both mac and win. b1dc1e9c85 Pressing enter in autocomplete menu should load that url in open location dialog (83922) and urlbar urls should be added to history dropdown regardless of method by which they were obtained (e.g. from autocomplete dropdown). r=kerz sr=ben
