3253a2fd22 Bug 348748 - Replace all instances of NS_STATIC_CAST and friends with C++ casts (and simultaneously bitrot nearly every patch in existence). r=bsmedberg on the script that did this. Tune in next time for Macro Wars: Episode II: Attack on the LL_* Macros.

a7186129a3 Remove content dependency on the RDF-ness of bookmarks (since in general, they 
need not be RDF-enabled at all).  Remove bizarre dependency of an interface we
really want to expose to embeddors on nsIParser.  Bug 101995 followup,
